ABOUT US

S3LF was born in early 2019 with the aim of transforming the perception of oriented physical activity, exploring not only its relevance in physical health but also in mental health.
There are countless scientific studies already carried out that attest to the influence that regular practice of physical exercise can have on an individual's mental health. Our job is to organize this process in order to act on variables that may be underutilized and consequently create some disruption in an individual's natural functionality. The name S3LF was chosen to designate the 3 dimensions that we seek to exalt and develop: self-conscious, or self-awareness; self-improvement and self-sufficiency.
The proposal is to provide each individual with a range of skills that helps them optimize all the resources at their disposal to achieve the best possible version of themselves. In order to achieve the purpose we set ourselves, we base our sessions on specific pillars:
- Use of psychotherapeutic strategies
- Structured physical exercise
- Individual sessions or for groups homogeneous in the needs presented
- Constant monitoring
- Regular assessments
- Integration of yoga, pilates, and meditation techniques
We believe that nowadays, our service will be an asset for any company that has a genuine interest in caring for the well-being of its employees, as it is now recognized the influence that this dimension has on the degree of satisfaction in the workplace and, consequently, in productivity.
We have developed a method that we define as being psychophysiological, where the dimension of physical exercise is the stimulus to trigger transformations at the physical and cognitive level.
